a) What experiences have you had with shopping online?
Based on my experience, I have never bought a pair of
shoes by shopping online. On that time, I remember I bought a red-coloured
casual shoes are worth the price.
b) Describe a good experience.
Online shopping
based on my experience, it has a nice variety of things that you never saw
before this. Via online shopping, I found it to be easier, faster and very
futuristic.
c) What did you like about the online store you used?
What I love about the online store is the first in this
delivery. This is because, delivery to the house is free. Then, transmission
also went through a very fast. It is very save a time. You just have to wait in
the house without having to out to get it. Secondly, what I like is the quality
of the goods that are available in online shopping .The quality is very
satisfying.
d) Describe a bad experience based on my experience,
what is bad about it is in terms of technical errors during the reception. Sometimes
goods, goods that we want do not exactly conform to what we want it. For
example through my experience at the time, I get a little colour shoes are not
the same with what I ordered through online shopping online .That is weakness
than we buy in the real store shoes .At the real shoes store, we can ensure the
goods thing exactly we wanted.
e) What problems did you have with the online store?
What is the problem when I make an online shopping is
difficult for me to identify a specific size. I am scared goods the ordered
goods will not fit with my body though it did give us size .I am more
comfortable if you can try on the item itself.
f) What features make an online store more appealing?
For me, what could be more exciting online store is in
terms is how to show an advertisement. Besides that, in terms of online
grooming store. Next in terms of promotion and the benefits of the goods.
g) What features make an online store less appealing?
In my opinion, what makes an online store less
interesting is how the online store that advertised. An online store would look
bad if not have a suitable background. Interesting backgrounds are also very
important in online store. The online promotion and offer also important if you
want to run an online store visited many customers. Besides that, the goods
offered must also follow the tastes consumers and over time.
h) Should we expect to see the prices of goods and
services rise or fall due to the migration of consumers online?
In my opinion, such things should not happen because of
the migration of users to online shopping. This is because, there are still
many users who still make regular purchases through to shop. We can expect the
price of an item will go up if more than half of consumers have migrated to
online shopping.

narrow.
Particular Products prices
will narrow as there brand awareness grows. Have a many same products but not
always a good substitute due to the fact that they may not be available across
the same time.
b) The importance of brand
names will decrease.
In my opinion brand names
will always be important. We will always know that certain brands make higher
quality products compared to others. The brands that have a strong name, famous
and have a good quality always get an attention among a consumer. This brand
will always get a consumer trust.
c) Price
competition will make all products cheaper.
As more companies will
have the same product price competition will make products cheaper as companies
will want to move their stock. With more companies having this stock on hand
they will also look to the suppliers to cut cost to try and keep competitive.
d) Digital markets will
become dominated by a handful of mega-sites, like Amazon.com.
This could be happen if
the consumer keeping with stay at the website that they know and trust. But
most people now, know how to find the other small sites that offer the cheaper
price.
e) How do you think the
balance of power between buyer’s and seller’s will change?
Buyers will have power
better than sellers. Buyers know what the product they want to buy and they
will keep looking find the good price that available with the product. Sellers
will always try to make a good profit with sell their product for a larger
price.

Prices online are immune
and hard to change. Price elasticity shows the relationship between demand and
supply quantities and how they can change the price in the market.

Online prices are
transparent as any given time anyone can get online and access the information
they need.

My sell phone provider by
offer the network and provides me with games and entertainment, banking and
mobile bill payment.

I usually use the games
and entertainment online.

I use the Google app store
to purchase games and application.

transactions would you like to perform, but are currently unable to?
I would like to use my
cell phone to do online business. It’s because many people today use the
smartphones to purchase anything.
e) What is your opinion of
wireless advertising/mobile marketing?
In my opinion, mobile
marketing is the good type of business. This is because it’s easy to purchase
by everyone whenever they have the internet services.
